What services are provided by your company?

We specialize in exclusive transportation services in Los Cabos, including airport transfers to hotels. Additionally, we offer personalized transportation for activities such as tours in Todos Santos and La Paz, golf outings, weddings, nightlife, dinners, bachelorette party and more in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. For tailor-made services, please contact us directly.

I won't be staying at a hotel. Can you transport me to my destination?

Yes, we offer private transportation services to residences, condos, and private homes.

Is the transportation in Cabo primarily private or shared?

All our services are private, ensuring an individual and personalized experience.

Do the drivers possess expertise in both English and Spanish?

Yes, all our drivers are fluent in both English and Spanish.

What types of vehicles are utilized, and how many passengers can they accommodate?

We feature a variety of vehicles:

Luxury Suv’s: Up to 6 passengers with 1 luggage per person.

Toyota Hiace: Up to 10 passengers with 1 luggage per person.

Mercedes Sprinter: Up to 16 passengers with 1 luggage per person.

Cadillac Limousine: Up to 10 passengers with 1 luggage per person.

Executive Bus: Up to 47 passengers with luggage.

For larger groups, please contact us for arrangements.

What is the maximum luggage allowance for the vehicle?

You are welcome to bring all the luggage you need, keeping in mind the vehicle’s space limitations.

We recommend one suitcase per person.

What are the estimated travel times from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)?

Zone 1 San José del Cabo: Approximately 35 minutes.

Zone 2 Tourist Corridor: Approximately 45 minutes.

Zone 3 Cabo San Lucas: Approximately 50 minutes.

Zone 4 Pacific Area: Approximately 55 minutes.

What are your customer service operating hours?

Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday: Closed

Outside of these hours, our drivers are available 24/7 throughout the year. All times are based on the local time in Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico.

About Reservations

Is it possible to schedule my service on the day of my arrival?

Yes, depending on availability, we recommend to make transportation arrangements as soon as possible. Contact us to check for availability.

Are the rates based on individuals or vehicles?

Our rates are based on the vehicle, not per person.

How can I arrange for my transportation service?

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Visit our website, select your hotel, and follow the instructions.

What payment methods do you offer?

1. Secure your reservation with a $30 USD payment via PayPal and pay the remaining amount in cash to the driver.

2. Pay the full amount via PayPal on our website.

All prices are in US dollars, and gratuities are not included.

I haven't received my voucher. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If the voucher is not there, contact us to resend it.

Is it necessary to print the voucher?

No, you can display the voucher on your mobile device to the driver.

Additional offerings

I'm traveling with kids. Do you supply seating?

Yes, if requested at the time of reservation, child seats are provided at no extra cost. This service cannot be arranged at the airport; it must be requested during booking.

Can I procure unique beverages?

Yes, contact us before making a reservation for a price estimate on specialty beverages. As a courtesy, we provide water and one beer per person upon arrival.

Arrival

I made an error in the details of my reservation. What can I do?

Contact us via email to request changes at least 24 hours in advance.

Is it possible to modify the date of my service?

Yes, submit alterations via email. Last-minute changes depend on vehicle availability and are not guaranteed. Only one change is allowed.

Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?

Yes, contact us to request a transfer. Provide the new user’s full name, cellphone number, and email.

Once transferred, it cannot be altered.

What should I do in case of a missed, delayed, or canceled flight?

Delayed flight: Our driver can wait at no extra charge.

Missed or canceled flight: Contact us as soon as possible with the new flight schedule to avoid additional charges

Where can I locate my driver at the airport?

Upon reservation, we will send you a voucher with travel instructions, including details on the terminal where our driver will be waiting.

What is your recommended time for the hotel pickup?

Zone 1 San José del Cabo: 2 hours and 45 minutes before your flight.

Zone 2 Tourist Corridor: 3 hours before your flight.

Zone 3 Cabo San Lucas: 3 hours before your flight.

Zone 4 Pacific Area: 3 hours before your flight.

Is it feasible to modify my departure time for my service?

Yes, contact us via email to inquire about vehicle availability. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.
